I started RPM to help visionaries. Providing our clients premium access to 30+ vendors, all of which were chosen for the right reasons; quality, pricing and customer service.  That said, we have much leverage with our vendor base, as we are already providing millions of dollars of business on an annual basis. For our clients, it means they are no longer a single small fish in a big pond.  We are a collective big fish, and our vendors treat ALL our clients as such. Our vendors also know redundancy is a key component of our working model.  That's the beauty of what I can now offer - the flexibility of moving requirements around, when needed, without affecting production, quality, timelines, etc.  I guess you could say, we have multiple ponds
